Hillar Teder (born September 10, 1962) is an Estonian businessman. He is one of the founders and owners of O'Key Group, one of the largest food retailers in Russia. Teder also develops retail businesses in Ukraine. According to Estonian newspaper ''Äripäev'' (Business Daily), he is the richest person in Estonia with an approximate net worth around 400 million euros. Makes his business in Estonia, Latvia, Russia and Ukraine. From 1997 since 2009 was a developer in Estonia and Russia.(rus) In 1997, the Hillary Tender’s company “Expert Capital” built a shopping center “Rocca al Mare” with area of 35 thousand square meters in Tallinn.
